In last 50 years media has grown so much that it influences our daily lives. We live in a time that people only depends on mass media when encountering about right facts, health care, daily activities, education, entertainment and etc.
A common person in the city usually wakes up checks the tv news or newspaper, goes to work, makes a few phone calls, eats with their family when possible and makes his decisions based on the information that he has either from their co workers, news, tv, friends, family, financial reports, etc.
Values is the most important factor to tell a character of a person, to know what kind of a person. By the influence of the mass media to people right now there are several effects to people especially to children. On the early age of a child half of the child's brain is still developing, it develops and gain informations and other valuable things from the outside world. This outside informations fill up half of the child's mind and building up the child's character.
In our time right now children are on the state of media addiction, some of the media example Cartoon shows that are not yet good for children are just laying just in front of their eyes. Some of this shows are rage and action. Children don't know what is reality and fantasy, some of them are patronizing these shows that they are doing it in real life. Some of this shows affect the children's mind and build up a character that is not appropriate for the society.
Media really affects the values of people and it affects our daily lives.
