THE WAY OF A NINJA

Once upon a time, on a planet named Earth there was a man who was called The six sage path, he was the most powerful man on Earth and he was the one who defended the people living peacefully from bad people. Everything has its limits, when he's time has come, he spent last of his ways the civilization that he had in mind, The civilization of the NINJA.

After years when the supernatural man died, The people he taught form a three alliance country to defend the Earth.The name of the three great country are the Fire, Sand, and Rain.That time the three country is in a state of peace, they share there new discovered technology to other countries, but a tragedy struck them that may them into chaos, the leader of the Sand country is traveling to another country but a group named akatsuki that has purpose to be the destroy the three great countries, ambush the leader and threw the blame on the Fire Country and this was the reason that the Sand country wage a war to the Fire country, Every country has a hidden weapon called the jinchuuriki, a jinchuuriki is a tailed beast who has the power to destroy a country using huge amount of power that was from the sage of the sixth path, the tailed beast needs a vessel to be controlled, and this is the time that our main character will come up. A child that has a parents that died on serving their country was chosen to be the vessel of the tailed beast, his name is Naruto, when Naruto grew up he was rejected by the society because of the thing inside of him. The people was afraid of the tailed beast inside Naruto so to be acknowledge his attitude of never giving up leads to mischief, people think of Naruto as a nuisance, but after years of training Naruto is becoming famous of his goals as a Ninja, he accomplish class A missions, he saved the village for many times. After years he gain his name as a Kind- hearted Ninja. And the time has come that the akatsuki attack the village where the jinchuuriki is living, they want to capture the jinchuuriki to be used as a weapon to the three great countries. The akatsuki killed every they see to lure out the jinchuuriki, but the leader of the village hold Naruto so that the akatsuki will not have the weapon but naruto insisted to help the villagers. At last the akatsuki fought with Naruto, Naruto has the skills so he defeated the akatsuki, there's man who arrived and said he was the leader of the rebel group, Naruto fought him but the skills he had did not match the power of the intruder but he never gave up... he used the forbidden technique taught by his master, this technique can kill the intruder but it will cost his life. He used the technique and killed the intruder before he died he said his last words," Please don't give up, there is hope, find peace to save the world, all be brave..."

after that he was named as a hero of the country and the world, people always acknowledge him as a true hero of them all.

HOW DO MEDIA AFFECT OUR VALUES ???

In last 50 years media has grown so much that it influences our daily lives. We live in a time that people only depends on mass media when encountering about right facts, health care, daily activities, education, entertainment and etc.

A common person in the city usually wakes up checks the tv news or newspaper, goes to work, makes a few phone calls, eats with their family when possible and makes his decisions based on the information that he has either from their co workers, news, tv, friends, family, financial reports, etc.

Values is the most important factor to tell a character of a person, to know what kind of a person. By the influence of the mass media to people right now there are several effects to people especially to children. On the early age of a child half of the child's brain is still developing, it develops and gain informations and other valuable things from the outside world. This outside informations fill up half of the child's mind and building up the child's character.

In our time right now children are on the state of media addiction, some of the media example Cartoon shows that are not yet good for children are just laying just in front of their eyes. Some of this shows are rage and action. Children don't know what is reality and fantasy, some of them are patronizing these shows that they are doing it in real life. Some of this shows affect the children's mind and build up a character that is not appropriate for the society.

Media really affects the values of people and it affects our daily lives.

NANOTECHNOLOGY: A CURE TO CANCER?

I was so electrified when i found out that there will be a cure to cancer. A technology that was built and discovered by our most valuable and brightest scientist in the whole world. The name of the technology is NANOTECHNOLOGY.

Nanotechnology, shortened to "nanotech", is the study of the controlling of matter on an atomic and molecular scale. Generally nanotechnology deals with structures sized between 1 to 100 nanometer in at least one dimension, and involves developing materials or devices within that size.

Nanotechnology is very diverse, ranging from extensions of conventional device physics to completely new approaches based upon molecular self-assembly, from developing new materials with dimensions on the nanoscale to investigating whether we can directly control matter on the atomic scale.

Nanotechnology has the power to radically change the way cancer is diagnosed, imaged and

treated. Currently, there is a lot of research going on to design novel nanodevices capable of detecting

cancer at its earliest stages, pinpointing it’s location within the body and delivering anticancer drugs

specifically to malignant cells.

Nanoscale devices smaller than 50 nanometers can easily enter most cells, while those smaller

than 20 nanometers can transit out of blood vessels.1 As a result, nanoscale devices can readily interact

with biomolecules on both the cell surface and within the cell. Nanoscale devices are already proving

that they can deliver therapeutic agents to target cells, or even within specific organelles.1 Yet, despite

its small size, a nanoscale device is capable of holding tens of thousands of small molecules, such as a

contrast agent or drug.

The major areas in which nanomedicine is being developed in cancer include:

• Prevention and control. Developing nanoscale devices to deliver cancer prevention agents and

designing multicomponent anticancer vaccines.

• Early detection and proteomics. Developing “smart” collection platforms for simultaneous mass

analysis of cancer-associated markers.

• Imaging diagnostics. Designing targeted contrast agents that improve the resolution of cancer to a

single cell.

• Multifunctional Therapeutics. Creating therapeutic devices that can control the release of cancerfighting

drugs and optimally deliver medications.

This technology can lead us to more advance discoveries to our near future. Still our most formidable scientist are experimenting to discover other uses of this technology. Lets wish that our world brains can discover more useful uses of this technology.

PAL: Booking cancellations from HK, China increasing

Hotels, tour agencies experience cancellations too

MANILA, Philippines (UPDATE) - Flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) said Thursday that the number of booking cancellations from Hong Kong and China has started to balloon after the bloody hostage drama in Manila, where 8 Hong Kong tourists were killed.

The PAL said that as of Wednesday, a total of 558 Manila-bound bookings from Hong Kong and mainland China have been cancelled.

"PAL is beginning to feel the initial impact of a Hong Kong government advisory warning its residents to refrain from all travel to the Philippines," PAL president Jaime Baustista said in a statement.

Bautista said the bookings were made by tourists from Hong Kong, Beijing, Xiamen and other points in China.

The PAL president added that two Hong Kong- and Macau-bound Filipino tourists have also changed their destination.

Despite the increasing number of cancellations, PAL said that it continues to dispatch 5 daily flights to and from Hong Kong

Bautista said that the airline may decide to reduce the flights if booking cancellations continue.

But he noted the airline is hoping that "fears of travelling to the Philippines will be temporary."

A day after the bloody hostage drama, the Hong Kong government issued a "black" travel alert for the Philippines. It advised all its citizens to refrain from visiting the Philippines because of the incident.

PAL said it has yet to determine the financial impact of the booking cancellations.

The airline is currently engaged in a dispute with its employees. It was forced to reduce flights because of the recent mass resignation of its pilots.

Baustista said they are hoping that the government's effort to appease the Hong Kong government will "soon lead to the lifting of the travel restrictions."

Governments of neighboring Asian countries have also reportedly issued warnings against travel to the Philippines because of the bloody hostage drama.

Hotel cancellations

Meanwhile, hotels and travel agencies have also reported cancellations, and they fear that more tourists from mainland China, and even Taiwan, may also cancel their bookings.

For one, the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel said it has lost bookings from groups of Chinese nationals.

Earlier, the Department of Tourism admitted that Monday's hostage drama may affect tourist arrivals in the Philippines, and could undermine government targets.

Data from the DoT website showed that from January to May this year, a total of 33,395 tourists from Hong Kong visited the Philippines, 14.43% higher than the 29,185 reported in the same period in 2009.

Of the number, about half or 13,775 went to the Philippine capital, Manila.

The DoT said that East Asia -- composed of China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and Taiwan -- is Manila's major source of foreign visitors.

COMMENT:

As I've watched the news day by day, i was so disturbed by the occurring events that is not pleasant to the eyes of other countries, specially to tourist that had plans on visiting our country, a tragic event brought by the hostage taking took place at Manila, many cancellations of hotel bookings, the government must do whatever possible to find possible ways or strategy to resolve the problem that we are facing. We should not put the blame to our forces and our government because they did everything to got to resolve the hostage crisis, in times like this we should be one to make our country a better place.

GRANDCHASE- BEST ONLINE GAME EVER

The world is full of fun and excitement there are certain things on a person that make his life exciting and more interesting. Since i was a kid my mind is full of games, i am really addicted to games, when i was 5 yrs. old, my father left us to go to abroad and make a more profitable work, i am the only child so my father spoiled on my needs, my first gamestation is named SEGA, on the game-station SEGA, the resolution is awful but it is fun , you can play 2000 games, even without a cartridge, when my father found out the new gamestation release, he bought the playstation and that was the first time i saw a Compact Disc(CD) and then so on and so forth. Until now i'm really addicted to games.

There are so many games right now that are so awesome and adventure. Like warcraft, starcraft, diablo 2, and etc. but my favorite game of all time is Grandchase.Grand Chase is a free-to-play, two-dimensional side-scrolling MMORPG developed by the Korean company KOG Studios.

Grand Chase has servers in Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Brazil, Philippines, United States, Thailand, Japan, and Indonesia. Alternate names for Grand Chase include 3小俠 (Chinese: lit. Three Young Heroes) used on the Taiwan server; however, the Hong Kong server does not use the Chinese alternative.

While gameplay in Grand Chase is primarily keyboard-driven, the game menu's interface is, by contrast, primarily mouse-driven, although some in-game key commands may be user-defined. Due to the combos and special attacks, the game has a feel that is similar to side-scrolling fighting games such as Double Dragon, while the appearance and design of the backdrops, as well as the characters and monster, puts the game in an anime-esque setting. While it is an action game, the designers took care to not make a "button masher".[1]

The game is free-to-play, where players need to earn currency known as Game Points (GP) from completing dungeon quests, individual missions, or defeating other players to buy better equipments or items, but there are some items that can only be purchased with real-world currency. In Grand Chase, players start off role-playing as one of three main heroines (or Sieghart on the Korean server), and will be able to unlock more playable characters by completing specific missions. However, the player may freely switch among the characters he or she has unlocked before entering combat, each with their own specific equipment, skills and experience level.

After each expedition into a dungeon, characters gain experience points. While the amount of experience gained is partially dependent on the player's performance in a dungeon, and the player's character's level, every player will gain some experience. The player's character is also given additional experience upon the completion of every mission. When sufficient experience is obtained, the player's character will advance by one level. Higher levels improve statistics and grant access to better equipment. Experience can also be gained through player versus player, and the amount of experience gained through this game mode is significantly higher than the amount awarded through the completion of dungeons at higher level.

Right now, The Grandchase Philippines is still on the state of update from the mainframe.. but i have high hopes to this game.. and i'm really enjoy playing grandchase...This addiction of mine is not a hobby, just for fun as we say. but i'm not letting it blocked my way to attend my classes and be a good student and study my lessons. It is always in you, how you control your addictions..

CONFLICT

The meaning of a Conflict is to come into a collision or disagreement to a one person or more and sometimes it can lead to a fight or physical fight. Everybody has encounter conflicts , it's up to us on how we handle conflicts, sometimes some people engage to a conflict on purpose and some of the people, without an idea that they are engaging into a conflict with a person or people. On resolving a conflict to a person or people the two person must have a unbiased person to help them resolve the conflict, that person must listen to the ideas or reasons of the two party and that person must formulate a solution on how to resolve the conflict, so that person must formulate a solution that the both will agree.

For the people engaging many persons in a day, one of that person will be in a conflict to another person. I had a conflict when i was in high-school with my classmate that is mocking me all day when i rolled my tongue and spoke "reservoir" into a "rezervour" i had a temper that day because i got a low grade in my research class, so my patience fall down an engage a fight to that person, i punch him the face and kicked him in the stomach, so because of that i was brought to the guidance councilor and and the councilor acted as the unbiased person for us both student and formulate a solution for us both and we agreed on that solution.

In facing a conflict you had to be patience and rational and be practical...
